Silver Dollar City and White Water are two top spot still 'summering' during August before kids head back to school. The City offers a journey back to the 1880s for a simpler summer, now through August 19. Plus, Silver Dollar City Season Pass Holders receive exclusive ride time an hour before the park opens and discounts on select merchandise and skillet meals.
The Ozark Mountains provide a beautiful backdrop for the park's signature entertainment, award-winning fare and unique rides and attractions, including the all-new Fire In The Hole — The Largest Indoor Coaster In The Heartland! The City is also home to record-breaking rides like Outlaw Run, Time Traveler and Mystic River Falls, which features the tallest drop on a raft ride in the Western Hemisphere.
White Water is also making a big splash to end summer, including extended hours until 10pm on select Saturdays in August. Night Water features 12 hours of adventure with 13 acres of waves and slides from mega-thrill rids like KaPau Plummet and Kalani Towers to kid-friendly play zones at Coconut Cove and Splashaway Cay. Ride the tide in the 500,000-gallon Surf's Up Wave Pool, float your cares away on Aloha River or catch a Dive-In Movie on the wave pool's new LED screen each night at 7:30pm.
Special island-inspired menu items are available after 4pm that will transport your tastebuds to the tropics like island burgers made with pineapple and peppers and various island BBQ sandwiches. Popcorn and drink combos are also available for movie-goers.
